I have been keeping up with my promise to double my pelvic rock exercises. I have done marginally more kegels, but I need to do more!
I keep a careful eye on my protein and have been keeping up with it very well. I could still stand to eat more greens. Had 2 salads yesterday, though.
I feel pretty good, overall. School is going well, so I am not stressing out over it too much. We are getting things ready for the baby--we have clothes, burp cloths, some bibs, and so on. Still need crib sheets. We can't believe that we wil be holding our son in several weeks' time!
