Not a bad loss for a week that I was exceedingly committed to what I was doing. It was a very on-and-off week thanks to a couple of overnights. (I have two kids. Take a guess.) I ended up doing one night out because I was so behind, running on no sleep and just flat-out too tired to stick to the plan that day. One day out of seven on meal plans isn't too bad.
However, I attribute the loss of weight to the fact that I was very mobile this week. I completed a lot of home projects, did an overabundance of housekeeping and was attempted a couple of more serious workouts. This let to a day of my hip *seriously* rebelling against me, but otherwise, I was quite satisfied with that. And, honestly, I also attribute the loss to the fact that I'm not ovulating anymore. It's utterly unfair that even though I have no uterus, I have to suffer through ovulation. Which is far more pronounced with uglier symptoms than prior to the hysterectomy. That's irony.
One area that I continue to just outright fail in is liquid calories. I definitely had too many this last week, though I held my frou-frou coffee to one. (Yay me!). However, I don't want to talk about the unspeakable things I did to a 24 pack of coke. I will do better this week. I will do better this week. I WILL do better this week.

Anyway, I felt like the week was "win" overall, though there was some things about it that I will be fixing this week. On Saturday, I spent the day deep cleaning my house because everyone else was at Grandpa's House. This was great. I did some dancing too while I was a'cleanin' and drank too much wine. I also made some spectacular mini-apple pies. Everyone needs a day like that once in a blue moon. It was nice to have one this week.
Anyway, I'm not feeling very verbose because I'm still tired from two all-nighters in a row and my hip is still killing me. And I have plenty of laundry and such to do as well. An
