A broken big toe... I ain't got time for that!
So I gained a little this week. I'm not going to let that discourage me. I know exactly why I did wrong and what happened. I didn't journal and I didn't exercise. Well, I didn't journal simply because I thought I could calculate everything in my head. Apparently, I was wrong. I didn't exercise because I broke my big toe.
I wasn't focused this week. I got a little cocky thinking I got this in the bag, until I step on the scale and it tells me the gruesome truth.
My other problem, I got lazy and did not go to the store and buy my healthy fruits and veggies this week. I enjoy them, I really do. I prefer the good stuff over the bad stuff, but if I don't have the good stuff in the house I settle for the bad stuff.

Things that I will do differently this week to decrease my numbers for next week:
1. Put my orthopedic shoe on and and get my butt to the mall to start walking.
2. Weeble wobble my butt to the fresh market in Carpentersville to buy my healthy fruits and veggies.
3. Dust off my old weight watchers supplies and get to journaling.
