As (sort of) promised, here is my blog update tonight! I guess I will start with a confession: since I began blogging on here I haven't been progressing much towards my health and fitness goals. Today when I was thinking about updating the blog, I realized I'm not any more in shape than I was in March, not any more active, nor have I lost weight and kept it off. Perhaps that's part of the reason why I haven't been posting as much on here. It's been a crazy few months with switching jobs and graduating from college, but I know that's no excuse for sabotaging my goals.
It's the start of a new month, and I really want to get it right this time, I really want to improve my fitness and lose weight; I want to reach my goals, or at least start progressing towards them! I did fairly well today, I didn't get to the gym unfortunately, but I did eat pretty well, fit in some time for meditation this morning, and worked on increasing my water intake! I know this is a short update, but I'm hoping to get to bed at a decent hour tonight, as I want to get up early and head to the gym bright and early tomorrow!
