That was me stretching. Most of the mass chaos that has ensued over the last month has dwindled down, and I can breathe a little more. A little.
First-the stats:
And that's about all I have to report. No jogging, not really eating all that great (I do when I can, but this month just went to hell) no 5ks signed up for (major regret!) and ultimately, no weight loss. BUT! No weight gain either. I've pretty much maintained 125-127 throughout all my insanity and that I am proud of. During tech week, I usually drop about 5 lbs, and this show's tech was crazy. Not that I would have complained about the drop, but I'm happy to know that I a) did not stress eat during tech week and b) I did not NOT eat during tech week. It's either one or the other, usually the latter. So. Yeah. Yay.
This show was an amazing experience. Most are, but this has been one of the best for a lot of reasons. First-it was an experiment in whether or not actors could also simultaneously direct. With help, yes. They can. We rocked. Our crew and cast were the tightest bunch of people and that showed in our performances and I cannot express my gratitude for that. Second, it was my darling fiancé's, David, first time back on stage in 4 yrs. He's dedicated himself so much to running Theater Undreground that he hasn't gotten his chance to shine, and my goodness did he shine. I'm so proud of him! Third-my character was beyond therapeutic. I can't even describe the feeling playing Pam gave me. Motivation, encouragement, power. Acceptance. Granted this play was....um....disturbing in places, the overall character transformation Pam has is incredible. And I completely brought that back to "my world". Wow. I wish I had had more time to promote this show before we closed, but I barely had time to take care of our tweets. Ah well.
That being said, I've got some ideas to help spur my income. I'm hopin it will be as awesome as I think, so more to come on that.
Last thing for today, I've jumped on the latest beauty craze. It's called no-poo or no shampoo. It's a natural way to cleanse your hair. I'm diggin it so far and I'll keep you all posted as to how it goes. I'm 3 days in, and my curls have lost a little of their bounce but I've also not been usin product or heat to treat them. They'll be back and better than ever. I'm not worried. I'm thrilled.

You may have seen this pic already on Facebook but here is my hair after 1 "wash" and no product at all. No blow dryer either. The next two to five washes are said to be the roughest, as my hair and scalp really start getting adjusted to what's going on, but in another two weeks or so I should be normal again. I'll elaborate on this later too.
Thanks kids!
