So, I tracked every day this week. Even when I went over.
I stayed on top of the Plank challenge, and met each daily commitment.
I got my new glasses, posed for my headshot at the theatre, and didn't hit McD's one time!!
And if my weigh in this morning is to be believed (I usually weigh on Saturday mornings), I'm up significantly again!
Well, it's only two weeks of being truly on plan and accountable to myself, and I know that sometimes it takes a while for the numbers to catch up. I had three (not the usual two) crazy intense dance rehearsals last week, and I kept up, and I've continued my elevator avoidance. So, perhaps I'm deluding myself, but I'm just not that worried about the number on the scale yet.
So, here is the headshot. Ta da! I even put it . . . hold your breath . . . . on my LINKEDIN page! I'm not thrilled with all the chins, but that isn't the camera's fault. And I'm working on it.
And, I thought I'd show you my new glasses, so here's a selfie (I'm so hep) that I took at home today in my new glasses. They don't hurt my nose, I can see even more clearly because they're made with fancy new digital technology, and they don't move! No slipping, and I'm not that much even aware I'm wearing them! New and joyous experiences for me after a lifetime of glasses.

Oh great piece of advice I got is this: I pack my breakfast and lunch and eat only what I bring. I'm now going to pack my dinner and leave it in the fridge at home, and only eat from my dinner lunch box! Since night time aimless snacking is a challenge for me.
So, this post is short and sweet, but a pretty major breakthru if I do sayso myself. This week, my goals are to continue tracking, continue eating on my plan, continue with my water, with my exercise (10 minutes EVERY DAY but Fridays), and of course, just keep planking, just keep planking.
