I've got nothing much to report in - my DH has been down the past week and a half with the flu - the doctor gave him some powerful antibiotics so he is most certainly on the mend. However, with the stress of taking care of him and worrying about him, and still looking for a job, I didn't do very well at all on my personal goals. I'm up two pounds to 165.0.
Yet, today, I'm feeling better, he's back to work, I've got my game plan in place between water and eating smartly and tracking, and doing my 12 reps of strength training. A slip, but I'm working my way back up.
So I'll make this short and sweet - here's to a week of doing what's best for me. And you do it for you too, my dear team mates!
