Okay so gotta be honest here (but I'm guessing nobody even noticed), I didn't post last week. The last time I posted was right before I went to Texas to help a friend move,. We worked really hard and I thought I'd eaten pretty good, so was disappointed when I got on the scale last Friday and had gained a few pounds. We ate out every night but usually shared a meal. Well, guess we should have done the same with desserts, but give me a break - we worked hard all day. Anyway - felt so bad I couldn't even make myself post about it last week.
But here I am - down to 166.8 and when I got back from Texas I was 170.something. So let's just skip that weigh in and say I lost .8 pound this week. Hooray - going in the right direction.
Not much planned for the holiday weekend, which is a bummer to me, but... it's going to be so hot with threats of storms, not even sure I know what I want to do. But thinking I will spend some time at the pool with a good book. I feel so good about being able to put on a bathing suit again and take advantage of our beautiful pool here in Sun City!
I'm aiming for that 150 mark, and only have 16 pounds to go. Ha! ONLY 16. But it's gonna happen - I won't give up! Good luck to you who may be
