Put off blogging cause I knew I had nothing good to post around Thanksgiving as far as weight goes, but that's no excuse and don't want to get in that rut.
Had dinner out with friends last night, celebrating a good friends birthday, and had not only a wonderful entrée, but a delicious drink, and the 4 of us shared 2 HUGE desserts. Sorry I didn't take a picture, but trust me - they were HUGE and delicious.
I was ready to face the scale this morning cause I know I have to get a grip - I weighed in at 170, which isn't horrible after last nights celebration. That up less than two pounds before Thanksgiving, so I can accept that and move on!
Today will be busy decorating inside and out, spending the day at the hospital with my hubby tomorow while he has an angiogram/probably angioplasty (a stent placed in his heart artery), Wednesday is candy making day (I make a lot for the holidays, but have no problem staying out of it), Thursday I volunteer all day. So - I'll be busy and have nothing in my path to tempt me.
So that's it for now. Hope I can actually post this now and it doesn't mysteriously end up as just a draft...
