Another good week I lost a pound. I did very good with my water this week and I did my goal in steps some days just my 10000 steps and some days more I am excited I have a fit bit and found out it can go in water so I don't have to take it off so that is awesome that will help me get more steps I can't wait. It's lent my goal is to have as much fish and that should help me loose some wait right now I need to loose 3 pounds to be back to where I started then I need to loose 40 pounds to be at 199 I can't wait so again thank you all for you support and let's keep going good luck this next week
Last week was a little bit of a disappointment I gained a little bit but we move on. I am proud of myself it could of been worse we went to a basketball game and Deanna wanted popcorn and wanted to share with me and I said no because I knew I was weighing in the next day I blame the gain from not doing water Zumba the night before lol my schedule was off wack last week but we move on. This we we are doing really well so we will see. We will keep you posted. Good luck this week my friends 2.4 loss this week. I have been doing water even though it's cold I have been doing the water Tuesday walked and water Zumba and Thursday water Zumba very proud. I will have 40 pounds lost in no time happy valentines day and good luck every one Ok I am quite surprised but it's a loss. I lost .2 it's a loss that's what I have to be thankful for. I am still doing the right things just have to keep doing it. Please keep praying for my husband and I. He has a big interview next week. We still are living the stressful life but we are dealing with it. I must say he deals with it better then I do sometimes so please keep the prayers coming. Will keep you posted on the interview next week. Don't know why I have been with colds and sore throats so much. So tomorrow we will see how much I lost in two weeks. I just checked my activity points for today I earned 4 activity points today it's be been a good week I got to water Zumba both days don't know what I did today to get 4 activity points I need to start using my thing to calculat steps and all that will be my goal for next week. I know at work today did lots of steps doing laundry so will post tomorrow on the weight I am so proud on my activity today I need to keep at it good luck everyone on all of your goals and will post tomorrow |
Carrie is a 40 year old mom of a 4 year old who wants to lose at least 60 pounds. She is doing this to be a good role model for her daughter and so that she does not have to worry about being overweight and have the health problems that go along with it. She has come a long way in the past year and still has a long ways to go. She has run a 10k, a 5k and run/walked a half marathon with training for a half marathon in the fall.
