I lost 4 pounds this week. I have to say I was a good week I ran I did good because I did not over eat. I am so proud of myself. I want lose 20 pounds for my 8 year anniversary in November but I think I can do more. I am drinking my water so that is a good feeling. I am going to keep at it last night I wax so proud of myself. I told my husband I had to take time for mysel before I get Deanna ready for bed so I took 30 minutes for myself for my running even though I knew I had gone above and beyond my walking for the day it felt good. I am going to keep going and going to go more then 20 pounds for my 8 year anniversary!!! I can't believe it will be 8 years !!!!!
I went to y this morning. There were no classes when I was there so I did half hour on elyptical then I walked for 15 minutes And just now my husband and I walked for about 15 minutes. I did get a class schedule so I can get back into doing classes I do want to get back into Zumba and some others so I will keep you posted. Another good week I had a week of a loss a 1 and a half pounds lost. I am so proud of myself. Since I have been done with that crazy 16 hour shift I have lost 13 pounds. I am drinking my water I continue to do my running this week starting tomorrow I am going to go back to y and get back into a workout routine there and I am going to write when I do so you guys know that I did it not. Deanna is in school now full time so we are in a routine now which is good she loves it. It was a hard first day but we survived. Please say some prayers as Todd my husband should hear about a job this week and hopefully it is the one we want. So here is to another good week and hopefully to have 20 pounds off by November for my anniversary. That would be awesome. I will keep you posted so you can cheer me on!!! Carrie is a 40 year old mom of a 4 year old who wants to lose at least 60 pounds. She is doing this to be a good role model for her daughter and so that she does not have to worry about being overweight and have the health problems that go along with it. She has come a long way in the past year and still has a long ways to go. She has run a 10k, a 5k and run/walked a half marathon with training for a half marathon in the fall.
