A little bit of a set back I had a gain this week. But I was expecting it. I had to wain in today because we are going out of town tomorrow. And yesterday for dinner I had stir fry for my husbands birthday it's market day stir fry which I don't care for because it has lots of sodium and that is what made me gain. The lady who weighed me said it will be gone in a few days. However right after we ate dinner I went walking for an hour and a half do I was proud of myself. So I did my core class on Monday and walked a bit after that at y then Tuesday I did not get to my Zumba because had a surprise party for my husband then yesterday I did the walking and tonight I am doing Zumba I am still doing good with water. So that was my week. I had one cupcake at the party for my husband and some ice cream so tomorrow is a fresh start. Good luck my friends!!!!
Ok I am tired of walking inside at the y so I didn't walk but I did a core class on Monday which I stepped out of my comfort zone so I was proud of myself. Then I did do Zumba on Tuesday been doing good with water with that being said I weighed in on Thursday because I am working all day today and gained a half pound. I did do my Zumba last night and did do 3 flight of stairs with a class before Zumba which was awesome the instructer was doing the stairs with some of her students and asked if I wanted to join and I did that was something to do three flight of stairs 3 times or something before Zumba it was a boot camp class or something. I can't believe I am doing these things so even though I have little setbacks I am still doing awesome. So have a good week everyone and hopefully the weather gets nicer and I can get out soon to enjoy the nice weather Last week was a stressful week but I am proud of how I handle my stress now. The old me would eat now sometimes I don't have appetites or I try to get more exercise so with that said I had a half pound loss last week. Today I am proud of myself I tried a core class at the y. I did it. There were some stuff that I had trouble with but I still did it. I am so proud of myself. I was out of town last week visiting my mom and dad and I still walked. That was a good thing again that was part of dealing with the stressful week. I continued with drinking my water good luck this week everyone I am having a good week with water with my walking I can't wait to weigh in. I didn't go to Zumba last night cause I got a much needed hair fix. I must say it looks nice and sassy which is what I wanted with my loosing I needed something sassy looking. I am not sure when I am weighing in probably Saturday morning have to work Friday early when I momally weigh in but will post on how I do good luck everyone |
Carrie is a 40 year old mom of a 4 year old who wants to lose at least 60 pounds. She is doing this to be a good role model for her daughter and so that she does not have to worry about being overweight and have the health problems that go along with it. She has come a long way in the past year and still has a long ways to go. She has run a 10k, a 5k and run/walked a half marathon with training for a half marathon in the fall.
