Ok good and bad week. I am not weighing in because feeling very bloated. I walked once this week with joslyn. I do good if I have plans to walk with someone. I did not plan my meals. The good though is that I walked two days this week. The one day is a given that is with my walking buddy. So lets try it again. Here's to another week!!!
Ok I am posting my goals for this week to share with all of you so I have people to help me and support me: I am going to have a really good week this week
Ok food wise and eating I am going to use more of Jillian's ideas so I am going to use my planner more this week for meals and continue the no sweets or use my weight watcher treats if I get a sweet tooth Ok and for exercising I am going to walk everyday cause I need to really buckle down for the Avon walk and everyday I am going to really to to go above and beyond my steps goal for the day ok so you all know my goals. Every day I will commit to post on how I am doing. Thank you all for your support and this is awesome to have a group to share this with to hold myself accountable for my actions Ok this week was a better week. I am amazed that now all of a sudden I am getting better night sleeps when I work overnight. I don't know whose sleeping better or what when I work but I am getting over 7 hours of sleep.
I managed to stay away from sweets this week I went to dunkin donuts to ask about fundraising and I bought daughter treat again and I did not have any. I did have a chip fix this week but I tried chops with hummus and I also tried carrots and hummus. I can handle hummus it's not bad. I am also proud of myself because half this week I had meals that Jillian recommends. I tried a barbeque chicken and turkey sandwich and I had the carrots with half my meals. So it was a better week. I did get to the step class on Monday and I walked with my buddy on Tuesday oh I also did something which was difficult on Tuesday. On Tuesdays I go walking with a client for work we walk and do breakfast or lunch. Well this week we had breakfast and then walked after walking he wanted coffee so we stopped at a restaurant and he ended up having lunch also. I just had my water. I said I was still full from breakfast. I was very proud of myself. I don't know how I did on the scale I tried weighing in this morning but they did not have a open weigh in today. They changed the schedule on me. I will post tomorrow and let you know how that goes. So here's to a better week. And to hopefully keep it up. Ok I finally figured how to start this new page. Wow I am looking forward to a new week. Last week being a holiday weekend and we had a bake sale and that bake sale really did me in. I am still recovering from all the good stuff I tried from that bake sale. We had left overs and we all divided the left overs and I had good intentions I was going to donate the left overs and before I knew it the stuff was gone.
Then I had a crazy work schedule last week so my work out schedule got off track. The most sleep I got last week was like 5 and a half hours of sleep. Much to my surprise in the few weeks I have been keeping track of my sleeping patterns one day this week I manged to get a full 8 hours of sleep. So my goal for this week is no treats and get back in my workout routine. I am so proud of myself yesterday I stopped and got Deanna and my husband a treat at Dunkin Donuts and I manged to just have coffe there and I manged to stay on track having a treat with my in-laws yesterday. They took my husband out for his birthday treat and offered to get me something like 5 times and I said no all 5 times. So I am off to a good start. Tonight I am going to a step class at the y and I told all of you that so I am going to stick with it and not come up with any excuses. |
