Ok I am excited to get started with this cool thing!!!!! I have been struggling with my weight for the last couple of months. I was doing good and loosing then all of a sudden i started gaining. In doing some research and in my weight watchers meetings we have discussed that if you don't get 8 hours of sleep it can interfere with weight loses. So i invested in a body media armband that the Biggest Losers use. My first half week it has showed me a lot that will help me in this journey. So this week I was able to walk outside for 2 hours with a walking buddy, I ran for 2 miles on my own and I went on a walking date with my husband. We walked for 2 hours. I lost .6 this week. In the past I would have said I just stayed the same but now I realize that that is down a little over a half pound. I am going to quote something that a new friend of mine told me this morning when I told her I lost this and this just made my day.
"Any loss is huge and should be celebrated. Even if its .1 Its hard to celebrate those losses because they don't feel significant but I realize now that it is a small celebration!!!!"
With that being said I am excited to be able to walk, run outside now that its getting nice outside, and get ready for my Avon walk with my other best friend and companion on this journey Joslyn.
