I haven't blogged since January 3rd, but I'm still here.... Keep hoping to report a loss, but all I can report is maintaining since the first of the year at weighing in below 170. My body seems to think this is where I belong, but I know better.
So here we are in a new month today, hoping I can work on a new plan to start losing again. Nothing really "new" to do but drink that water, and eat healthier..
