I forgot I'd posted on December 2nd, and had been happy this morning when I weighed in at 169.8, as I'd been hanging out in the 171's all week. But I was 170 when I posted last, so it's not as much of a loss as I thought - but hooray, I'm under 170 again.
I really don't believe in setting unattainable goals because it just sets me up for defeat, soooooo:my goal from now til we get back from our Caribbean Cruise on January 15th is to stay under 170.... I'd love to try to lose weight every week, but that's quite a challenge during December, and on a cruise, so I'm gonna be realistic with my goal and try real hard to keep it.
Maybe I'm wrong thinking this way, but if I set the goal high and fail - it'll be a total pig out til after the cruise and I can't even imagine the damage I'd do.
