I've really been slacking, almost seeing what I could get away with eating and not gain weight. I maintained for a while, but now it's creeping up, so PARTY'S OVER. A close friend has joined WW and wanted me to do it with her, but I don't want to be that strict. I know what I'm doing wrong, and I told her I'd be her diet buddy, but we'll each do it our own way.
We waited a week to get started because she had some travel coming up, so while I didn't go crazy with what I ate, let me say I had more than one "last supper" last week, and I didn't get on the scale all week. Gulp. When I weighed on June 2nd I was 179 which is so close to 180, I was sure I'd gone over that when I officially weighed myself this past Monday. Well, hooray hooray, I was 176.2 so I feel like I've got a head start already.
I'm doing a lot of traveling this summer, and to be strict on WW is just too hard for me to do, but... I will stick to my plan. I just got back from 3 days in Cleveland and I can't wait to weigh myself in the morning - I was soooooo good.
The last trip I've got scheduled for the summer is back to Cleveland for my 50 year reunion. So my goal is to shed some of this weight so I like the way I look in my clothes again. All my new summer stuff from last year is too snug.
I'm energized to tackle this now, and I'm determined to have a good week ----- hope you all do too......
