I've been commenting on everyones post about how important it is that we stick with our goals this time of year as much as we can, make them realistic, and NEVER GIVE UP AND THROW IN THE TOWEL. I think we've all been at this long enough to know that we could do a lot of damage between now and January 1st, and it would take us more than twice that long to undue the damage - not a good way to start the New Year.
So I just need to practice what I preach, and not give up. I'm going to struggle every day to do my best, and I will weigh myself everyday. I need to do that so when I see an upward trend, I can do something about it while it's manageable.
