148.0 so lost a little bit of what I gained while sick.
I went to school Monday and Tuesday, but slept on my classroom floor every chance i got. And I didn't really have to teach because we had MAP testing. On Wednesday I went to school and taught for half the day. Thursday was my first full day teaching and the first time I went for a walk. Saturday I went to the gym to do weight lifting with my trainer for the first time in two week so I consider that a victory.
It occurred to me I have been doing this blog for two months and have made no real progress, so this week I am going to really try.
1) no chocolate. no way I can quit sweets cold turkey, but I am going to start with chocolate for a week.
2) drink only water and as much of it as I can get down
3) do some kind of exercise every day
If I do not get my rear in gear I am going to be disappointed in myself. I had two things motivating me to be thinner - my high school reunion, and grad school where I am video taped all the time. I am going to be cringing at photos if I d
