I am frustrated. On Monday I weighed 150.2. as I said last week 150 is my cut off danger zone so I real tried this week. Usually I don't give a second thought to eating sweets - they are available, I eat them. I get a craving - I put on my shoes and walk in the Mumbai heat to get some cake. I did eat sweets this week but I had a craving THREE times and resisted. Was so proud of myself. I exercised every day and on Friday, I weighed 150.2. AUGH!
I am going to try again this week. I get to go to the states in 14 days and I'd like to be at least a coupld pounds below 150. I like to give myself some wiggle room when I go to the states because I like to eat things I don't get to eat in India!
