Not exactly sure how I am doing because I don't have access to a scale.
I spent 3 days in Texas visiting friends. I walked a few miles a day, but that probably didn't undo the damage I did by eating a Olive Garden and Panera. I got to Illinois a week ago to visit my family I have walked 5-7 miles every day. I have a half marathon in two weeks and haven't really trained so i figure the walking is getting time on my feel and helping to combat the cake donut I am eating every other day and the mint chocolate chip icecream I am eating every night. I am leaving for Ireland on Sat and will be there for a month for my Masters degree program. I will be staying in a dorm at a university and will have access to a gym and a scale :) I have two half marathons planned during the month so I have some fitness goals to look forward too. I am also hoping to work on some strength things so I don't have to start over with my trainer. I have been spending a lot of time with my niece. When I take her to the park, I do push ups on the parallel bars and I do squats while she swings. I am trying my best to stay on a healthy track :)
