150.4 pounds - lost 2.4 pound this week!!
I have a huge sweet addiction. I nibble on things all day then at night I generally go to a bakery and get one or two rich calorie laden treats. I decided to find recipes for "healthy" cookies and have my maid make them so I'd have sweets to eat without going to a bakery every night. I did a moderate amount of exercise.
I am going to favorite bakery LSD (love sugar dough) but LSD is a perfect name because it is addictive. I walked 10K today so figure I can have a yummy chocolate cupcake!
