I ate a countless amount of cookies this week and still held steady. It's hard to make me cut out the sweets when I don't lose any weight without them and don't gain any with them!
I am leaving for US Friday and will try my best to not scarf down all the holiday food I can get my hands on.
I am seriously looking into hiking Machu Picchu this summer and I would need to do massive training and maybe that will jumpstart some weight loss :)
