I lost 4 pounds this week. It was not because good exercising and good eating It was lack of I had no appetite and did no exercising totally under the wether. The good news is I can start keeping track of my weight lose now. So with the I have last 2.6 pounds. So hears to getting back on track this week. I was proud of myself I made a really good stir-fry recipe last night it was so better then the market day one and it was a weight watcher recipe also another celebration we went for a treat at Ollie's and my daughter and I shared a mint shake have a good week my friends and a blessed Easter

I'm sorry to hear that you weren't feeling well, Carrie :( And I'm glad you're feeling better now! My husband and I love stir fry and we always feel so good eating it because of all of the veggies. Did you make your own sauce? We do sometimes, but there are a few different bottles of different flavors we like too. Have a wonderful Easter!

Carrie is a 40 year old mom of a 4 year old who wants to lose at least 60 pounds. She is doing this to be a good role model for her daughter and so that she does not have to worry about being overweight and have the health problems that go along with it. She has come a long way in the past year and still has a long ways to go. She has run a 10k, a 5k and run/walked a half marathon with training for a half marathon in the fall.
