I lost what I gained then some. I lost 2 pounds. I was so proud of myself. Sunday I walked for 2 hours we drove home from our trip and I still made my goal then some Monday I walked for 1and a half had a walking date with my husband Tuesday water Zumba Wednesday didn't do anything then Thursday water Zumba so that was my week and I have been keeping up with my water. Been drinking some really good smoothies. Which with the water helps me have less of an appetite. Which helps when I eat. I am very excited for warm weather to really walk more outside!!!!! Carrie is a 40 year old mom of a 4 year old who wants to lose at least 60 pounds. She is doing this to be a good role model for her daughter and so that she does not have to worry about being overweight and have the health problems that go along with it. She has come a long way in the past year and still has a long ways to go. She has run a 10k, a 5k and run/walked a half marathon with training for a half marathon in the fall.
