I hate when you think you've done everything right and you have a set back. So I gained. This week. I can't explain this one. But I just continue what I am doing and stay on track. Good luck this week my friends I went to my weight watchers meeting this morning. And as usual it was very helpful. Today we talked about at some point in your day thinking about how you did and what you could have done differently or what you could have done the same. I really need to take time to do that.
Carrie is a 40 year old mom of a 4 year old who wants to lose at least 60 pounds. She is doing this to be a good role model for her daughter and so that she does not have to worry about being overweight and have the health problems that go along with it. She has come a long way in the past year and still has a long ways to go. She has run a 10k, a 5k and run/walked a half marathon with training for a half marathon in the fall.
