I am leaving Thursday night to go to Muscat, Oman for a conference and will be back 3am or so on Sunday. Weekends is when I do a lot of exercise so I know I won't get as much done. Also I will be with a bunch of co-workers eating out at night and eating conference food at lunch! augh! not good situations. Oh and did I mention my trainer will be gone for 10 days??? I feel like I am doomed this week.
My goal was 5 pounds a month and if I don't make my goal in January I am going to feel defeated. I have to remind myself I started on the 10th so I had less days to lose weight this month.
I am going to try to make healthy eating choices this weekend and I will try to get in my 6 hours of exercise (that is my goal every week even though I usually surpass it) The goal is not to gain this week!!
