So last week I did everything again right then I received a surprise which caused me to think I was going to gain. My monthly friend came I only get it once every 5 or 6 months don't know why so I thought I was going to gain cause of bloating to my surprise I lost a half a pound I will take it. Because of this surprise I did not do my Zumba but I did still do my walking so hopefully I can have a good loss again this week. So good luck my friends and hopefully I can have I good week again
I hate when you think you've done everything right and you have a set back. So I gained. This week. I can't explain this one. But I just continue what I am doing and stay on track. Good luck this week my friends I went to my weight watchers meeting this morning. And as usual it was very helpful. Today we talked about at some point in your day thinking about how you did and what you could have done differently or what you could have done the same. I really need to take time to do that. Got back to water Zumba last night and today I started the couch potato to 5 k again so I ran and walked for a half hour then I walked back home. So I made all goals first thing this morning 10000steps 5 miles what a good feeling oh and all my water in today so I look forward to the rest of the week and the scale good luck my friends I don't know how I did it but I had a 2 pound loss I will take it. I slacked on my exercising but for the most part I ate good. It was a very stressful week so I Missed my walking and my Zumba but I survived and had a 2 pound loss have a good week my friends. Here's to a fresh start this week and getting back on my routine of walking and Zumba Why is it after such big losses I have a little setback even when I did what I was supposed to. So I gained a pound. I thought I was going to prove the scale wrong but I didn't cause the lady said last week don't be surprised if you gain I know I am doing everything right. And I am in the right direction it's just frustrating sometimes it was nice Thursday my husband and I had a nice day before he went away on a retreat for the weekend and he kept telling me how proud he was of me and how sexy I was looking I can't beat that hah he wants it to rub off on him so we will see so here's to a fresh start this week. I lost 4 pounds this week. It was not because good exercising and good eating It was lack of I had no appetite and did no exercising totally under the wether. The good news is I can start keeping track of my weight lose now. So with the I have last 2.6 pounds. So hears to getting back on track this week. I was proud of myself I made a really good stir-fry recipe last night it was so better then the market day one and it was a weight watcher recipe also another celebration we went for a treat at Ollie's and my daughter and I shared a mint shake have a good week my friends and a blessed Easter I had a very good week. I lost 2.6 pounds. That was with biking walking and Zumba. And drinking my water. I will have 40 pounds lost in no time. It is so nice to be outside getting the fresh air. Here's to another good week. I lost what I gained then some. I lost 2 pounds. I was so proud of myself. Sunday I walked for 2 hours we drove home from our trip and I still made my goal then some Monday I walked for 1and a half had a walking date with my husband Tuesday water Zumba Wednesday didn't do anything then Thursday water Zumba so that was my week and I have been keeping up with my water. Been drinking some really good smoothies. Which with the water helps me have less of an appetite. Which helps when I eat. I am very excited for warm weather to really walk more outside!!!!! Have a good weekend and good luck next week!!!! A little bit of a set back I had a gain this week. But I was expecting it. I had to wain in today because we are going out of town tomorrow. And yesterday for dinner I had stir fry for my husbands birthday it's market day stir fry which I don't care for because it has lots of sodium and that is what made me gain. The lady who weighed me said it will be gone in a few days. However right after we ate dinner I went walking for an hour and a half do I was proud of myself. So I did my core class on Monday and walked a bit after that at y then Tuesday I did not get to my Zumba because had a surprise party for my husband then yesterday I did the walking and tonight I am doing Zumba I am still doing good with water. So that was my week. I had one cupcake at the party for my husband and some ice cream so tomorrow is a fresh start. Good luck my friends!!!! Ok I am tired of walking inside at the y so I didn't walk but I did a core class on Monday which I stepped out of my comfort zone so I was proud of myself. Then I did do Zumba on Tuesday been doing good with water with that being said I weighed in on Thursday because I am working all day today and gained a half pound. I did do my Zumba last night and did do 3 flight of stairs with a class before Zumba which was awesome the instructer was doing the stairs with some of her students and asked if I wanted to join and I did that was something to do three flight of stairs 3 times or something before Zumba it was a boot camp class or something. I can't believe I am doing these things so even though I have little setbacks I am still doing awesome. Carrie is a 40 year old mom of a 4 year old who wants to lose at least 60 pounds. She is doing this to be a good role model for her daughter and so that she does not have to worry about being overweight and have the health problems that go along with it. She has come a long way in the past year and still has a long ways to go. She has run a 10k, a 5k and run/walked a half marathon with training for a half marathon in the fall.
