They really were only little mistakes! If you look at the science, gaining 1.4 pounds means that I consumed 4,500 more calories than I burned... my little mistakes did NOT add up to 4,500 calories. I'm talking about a big banana split instead of a small ice cream sundae, a few candy canes, a handful of Cheez-its here and there- I have now learned that I cannot have those in the house when it's not an Eat All the Things Day, by the way.
Oh yeah! New work schedule! I wanted to fill you in this week. I haven't heard anything back from Weight Watchers, so while I continue to hope that something will come of that, right now I'm making other plans. I've gone down to part time at my current customer service job (well, 30 hours a week, and this week it ended up being more like 36 hours, but STILL) to pursue a couple of drama teaching opportunities (those are still up in the air and may not pan out) and teach preschool fitness classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings!
