I rejoined Weight Watchers at just the right time, I think. WW costs $40 a month, which is not something I could keep up for the long haul. However, I am very, very close to what WW considers to be a healthy weight for me- 173 pounds. And once I get there, and maintain it (or keep losing, which is my plan) for 6 more weeks- I become a lifetime member and I don't have to pay anymore. Provided I stay at or below that weight and weigh in to verify that once a month, I can go to meetings weekly and weigh in and not pay a dime. I've always thought it would be cool to become a lifetime member, but of course I've always joined with far more weight to lose than this, and quit way before I got to my "lifetime" status. I'm going to get there this time, and stay there. 6.2 more pounds to lose!
I'm very tired as I lay here writing this on Friday night. Theater ate my life this week. I've had an audition, callback, rehearsal or performance every single night for the last week straight. The minute we settled in tonight, all three of our pets clung to us like they hadn't seen us in years. They have a way of doing that.
Speaking of bed, glorious bed- I'm out of steam for tonight. Happy Eat All the Things Day Eve!
