In real life, weight loss is slow, steady, and doesn't just fall off... It seems my body has decided that since we're at a healthy weight, we should just hang out here. Since I'm politely disagreeing, it's giving in a little at a time. I refuse to be discouraged (granted this last sentence took every ounce of optimism I have in me to type, but still, I'm vowing to be relentlessly optimistic).
This week I stayed on plan, hit all my running goals, and didn't even hate it... weird. I don't really have much to report, the Half Marathon training is kinda kicking my butt (but in a good way), I ran 7 miles today but still felt decent enough to take a photo at the end (a first for me).
This week:
4.5 - 3 - 4.4 - 50 min cross and an 8 mile run!!!
