I went to visit a friend in hong kong and planned to go hiking around the hilly terrain. I don't eat Indian food and there is some western food available in Mumbai, but not tons. Hong Kong was like heaven - so much food that I can actually eat!! good thing I couldn't eat it.
I spend the entire flight willing myself not to vomit. When I arrived in HK, I met my friend and his girlfriend for lunch and had to leave the table FOUR times to be sick in one way or another. For the first 2 days I couldn't keep a single bite of food down and managed to only walk a little bit. The last two days were better. I got in two good hikes and could eat, but only tiny amounts.
I weighed myself and I am at 145.4. I'm sure it isn't going to last. I'm probably just dehydrated. But I haven't seen 145 in awhile so I wanted to write it down! My goal is 5-6 pounds this month. I would love to hit 140 by the end of may. It has probably been 15 years since I weighed below 142.
I'm a little disappointed that I haven't noticed any change in how clothes fit or anything. I need my belly to go down!! and I still feel like I look like a big lumpy, chubby mess in pictures.
