I'm moving in the right direction for the first time in ages. Feels good.
I used to describe being hydrated as being "diluted", I felt like my blood ran thin when I drank more than a couple of cups of water. Sounds crazy right? But I really did. It has taken me a really long time to even want to drink more water. But man, it feels really good to be hydrated all the time. I feel so much more... Alive... Is that even possible?
As far as food goes, I did a fairly good job this week. I could have done better getting out running, or biking, I only went for one run, and one bike ride. But... Better than nothing.
Sorry for the short post. It's been a long week, and I have another long one ahead of me.
